The planning phase for this project spanned a period of 8 years. SWR provided a comprehensive project management service, which encompassed surveys, specifications, and the supply and installation of various components.

The balustrade itself spanned an impressive length of 110 meters, comprising 30 meters of Glass Channel Balustrade and 80 meters of Modular Balustrade. A total of 3.5 tonnes of glass were meticulously fitted to create this remarkable structure. To maintain a sleek and tidy appearance, the Channel track is cleverly concealed within the decking structure.

The customer is highly satisfied with the final outcome, so much so that they have entrusted SWR with additional projects on their property. The property's value has significantly increased as a result of the comprehensive renovation, including the installation of the impressive balustrade, now estimated at £3 million.
